Sleek finish of modern villas
What started with a good talk at the BouwBeurs has resulted in a wonderful collaboration with Ufkes Apeldoorn. On behalf of the construction company, we installed window frame finishing and distribution boxes in 22 modern villas in Muiden. Anne-Louis Hilgenkamp of Ufkes: "Wiggers' products have a sleek finish, matching the homes and the image the architect had in mind."
Neat appearance and customisation
Wiggers was chosen because of the neat appearance of the products and customisation options. Anne-Louis: "The starting point was that the interior finishing would not extend beyond the steel columns because of the way the window casements open. We were well informed in advance and Wiggers proposed various solutions. After careful consideration, a 6mm foiled MDF finish was chosen that completely covers the subframe. Wiggers took care of the installation of this finish and the end result is fantastic".
"It all looks like a unit now"
We made strips of MDF V313 to finish the exterior of the subframes. Sheathed with black PVC foil The distribution boxes for the underfloor heating are also made of MDF V313, but finished with a white foil. Jacob Schaper, Wiggers: "MDF V313 can retain its original shape in a humid climate. Because we often cover window frames, this is a suitable product. Anne-Louis: "The frames, finishing and steel structure: it all looks like a unit now. We look back on a pleasant collaboration with good mutual contact, and look forward to a next project together."
