Quality and CSR
We make corporate social responsibility a reality. This is reflected in the raw materials we use and in our production methods. For example, we have an incinerator for our sawdust. This heats our factory and the adjacent office. But we do much more.
Self-generated green energy with solar panels
There are 1,240 solar panels on the roof of our company building. As such, we cover 30-40% of our daily energy consumption: many of our machines now run on self-generated green solar energy. We implement sustainable entrepreneurship not only in our materials and products, but also in other areas of our business operations. And with these solar panels, we have taken a big step in reducing our CO2 emissions.
FSC® and PEFC certified. Wood from responsible sources.
Some of the materials we work with bear the FSC® quality mark. This wood comes from forests that have been independently assessed as well-managed, according to environmental, social and economic standards.
We are PEFC certified. This quality mark is issued by a different organisation than FSC®, but both quality marks have a common goal: sustainable forest management. The more certified wood is chosen, in any industry, the greater the incentive for forest owners to opt for sustainable forest management.

100% Bio-based MDF
Our MDF products are also available as Bio-based MDF. Made from 100% reclaimed wood and vegetable glue. This results in 80% less CO2 emissions: a sustainable choice. Available in a length of 3050 mm and with a thickness of 12, 16 or 18 mm. Also available with PEFC certification on request.

Quality
Our specialists use innovative machines that take over a lot of work. But they are always on the look-out and check everything that comes out of the machine. For example, we ensure our diamond knives and chisels always remain sharp. And our sheathing specialists monitor the adhesive temperature throughout the sheathing cycle. We also work with high precision in post-processing. Nothing leaves the factory without a thorough quality check.
